The proof acts as an agreement between you and Givr confirming the design and specifications of your item before it enters production. Any previously discussed lead times will not begin until your final proofs are approved.
Please review our file guidelines here. After you submit your art for an order, our production team will create a file that can be used on their presses.
We send these final proof PDFs to you via email for approval. You have the final say to make sure your art is exactly how you want it.
To approve, simply reply to the email stating that you approve. If you need adjustments, state that you reject the proof, and outline the adjustments you’d like to make. A second approval will be sent once the changes are made.
