Shipping & Tracking Your Order FAQs
Shipping is a variable of any ordering process that can stressful. Even a simple trip to the post office can turn into a long, grueling process. The good news is that we’ll handle the shipping of your box order.
Here are some frequently asked questions about this process:
-
The cost of shipping your boxes to their destination is included in the quoted, per piece price of your boxes. This means we’ll need your receiving details prior to completing your quote.
-
Before we can confirm your order, we’ll need the details of your receiving location. These include:
Receiving Address
Receiving Contact & Phone Number

Most orders will be shipped on pallets via an LTL (less-than truckload) or an FTL (full truckload). An LTL makes stops for multiple customer shipments, up to ~6 pallets per customer. An FTL has a designated driver and goes directly to your receiving warehouse with only your order.
If you’re ordering in smaller quantities, and your boxes are able to ship via parcel, that is also an option. We’ll need to know prior to quoting your order if you are unable to accept pallets or prefer to receive your boxes via UPS parcel post.
-
Any changes made to your delivery location will be subject to re-quote, and cannot be made once the order is in transit. You’ll be responsible for any re-routing of your boxes post-shipment.
